Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. Please include your order number or receipt when sending your item back.

Custom & Personalized Pieces

Each custom piece is made just for you — which means custom and personalized items are final sale.

If there’s ever a concern about craftsmanship or quality, please reach out. We’ll happily offer store credit to ensure you’re delighted with your experience.

Store Credit

For approved returns, we issue store credit in the form of a digital gift card. Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email with your credit details — typically within 10 business days.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless your item arrived damaged or we made an error.
